Rang on the 28th Sept to look at two houses to rent in Keynsham. The lady took my details and then..... never rang back. I tried chasing up and no response even after a month passing.
Shocking service .I rang them this week abit a flat in keynsham to rent . Each time they couldnt tell me if it was available Never rang me back as promised.On the fourth call the girl was very rude saying well we cant let everyone view with had a lot of interest .
Poor. Do not look after tenants. We spent a year trying to sort out mold and damp problems with no luck. Had to move due to stress and worries about childrens health. Avoid at all costs. Brilliant if you're a landlord though.
