This company is terrible. After a year of living in one of their properties they had still not completed repairs. They charged exhorbatant charges to move in . After six months they charged 85 to renew the teanacy. They left the washing machine unrepaired for 4 weeks with wsshing in it. Could nt open it and 350 of clothing ruined. Kelsey was the manager took weeks to return calls. Absolutely shocking. Rent with them at your peril.
This company charges 100 for you to have a 'check out' for a property so do not expect your bond/deposit back as you would normally with other companies. Customer service is poor, asked for a phone call from the branch manager, was told that this would happen. Two weeks later there still has not been a call.Various deductions on leaving the property, one was 60 for removal of dusting from skirting boards in a small toilet and a stairs/landing. That was all that was shown on the report....60 specifically for those two areas, ridiculous charge.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
