Terrible customer service from the store manager, no surprise it's closing down. Such a shame.
The place is under its last year here. The place will be closing down within the year and new houses will be built. What a shame.
The cafe closed 1st October 2018. This seems to be either permanent or at least for some while. I have always found the staff in the garden centre very pleasant and helpful.
Had a really lovely afternoon tea here today. Tasty sandwiches, massive scones (lemon and almond for me) and a delicious selection of cakes. The two young ladies who served us couldn't have been nicer. We will be back to try lunch next time.
I have picked up four bamboo plants here in the past two weeks for half the price they normally cost. Really happy with that. It's okay as garden centres go - pretty reasonable selection of plants, a little cafe and the normal fancy stuff inside. Its a great place to go when they have a sale on, like now. There's a woman who works here who is really helpful and friendly.
