Pleasant coffee stop. Food looked good but only had a reasonably good Latte.
Just been refused a freak frappe in the Keynsham branch at 4.40 because they close at 5pm! I think 20 minutes is plenty of time to make and drink a frappe but they were more interested in cleaning up so they could leave as soon as possible. No customer service - this is not the first time we've experienced this attitude and not the first time we've left without buying anything.Table we originally chose to sit at hadn't been cleared, very messy.Thankfully there are plenty of alternative coffee shops/cafes...........
Live locally but first time visit due to 'snow day'. Warm room. Good seating and tasty hot coffee.......I didn't pay so don't really know about prices so can't give it 5 stars as don't know if good value
Lovely warm and friendly coffee lounge. We tried thus for the first time with our new puppy, very welcoming
Very nice in here. It is clean and tidy. It Has a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. Lots of chairs, plus 2 large sofa. there are books available to read whilst here and they have a broad range.Good range of drinks and snacks and food available. Cakes look delicious but are on the expensive side. drinks are reasonably priced.Staff are very friendly and efficient.
