Fabulous tasty meals and very helpful. They were packed with many reservations but they found room for myself and partner with my gorgeous granddaughters. We popped in spontaneously as I was too tired to cook.
Surprised at how busy the place was on a midweek lunchtime, but no problem with getting a table. Everybody involved in service was friendly, polite, attentive and efficient, and the food they swiftly brought to our table was freshly cooked, hot and flavoursome. When we had finished our lunch the atmosphere was so congenial that we were happy to sit and chat, with no pressure to leave. All in all, a delightful lunchtime experience!
Five of us dropped in for coffee,received a good welcome on entry and goodbye when leaving. Don't get that everywhere. Good range of coffees here served quickly to our table,unfortunately no cakes or savouries to enjoy. Good pub menu though. Liked the outside raisd decking area,must do well in the summer This place is by the Avon river and also has a garden. Give it try.
We visited The Lock Keeper this evening for a special birthday celebration for my husband. There is nothing negative I can say about our meal. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely visit again!
