My vets ( Ashcroft, Frodsham, Cheshire) have been sold to this company, although I dont think many of the clients realise it !! They still use the previous owner, John Isaacsons, recorded message for the out of hours response on the phone !! The prices have escalated, the consultation price is higher than any other vet in the area, as are the costs of vaccinations, and their prices for over the counter meds are extortionate !! I have just been charged double the internet price for a syringe of paste for intestinal flora replacement. If this is such a big company surely their buying power should enable them to buy cheaper and pass some of that advantage to their clients ??!!The latest gimmick is an online survey to win M&S vouchers !!!! What happened to good old-fashioned VETTING ??? I despair, I really do

Since you own Rogart Vet's in Rogart Sutherland this may be of interest.When a customer sits 40 Mins waiting after the booked appointment time, for the vet to finish a consultation which he'd been doing for 40 minutes customers get a bit annoyed.I was on time as I can manage my time efficiency unlike your vet.I shall be using another veterinary practice with my 3 dogs as this isn't the first time this has happened.
