No ticket machine. I ordered my tickets online then have to drive to another station to collect them. I've got on the train into Bristol before and had no ticket master come along so then had to queue for ages at temple meads to buy the ticket I should have been able to get on the platform or the train which then made me late for my appointment. Well...later....in typical fashion, the train was late. Despite getting a train earlier than the one that would have got me there on time I was still late
A very useful station for commuting to Bristol and Bath. Both platforms contain live departure information and help points. The station is normally staffed in the morning peak allowing passengers to purchase tickets before boarding trains.
They need a ticket machine here and it is only staffed in the morning rush hour.
