I had three suit and a dress dry cleaned. This place is highly recommended on service, honesty and Customer approach. The items came back beauifully cleaned and pressed. They had been woren at a wedding and on collection I was handed the contents of one of the pockets - 65! This shows the integrity of this business as we had no knowledge of this money whereabouts. Any problems or requests are dealt with an understanding approach and every option to rectify is given which makes a very approachable service.

I have use this laundry many times & agree it's very clean & most of the staff seem friendly ... unfortunatelyI went there today to collect two items (cotton dresses) that I asked to be washed & ironed at the timeof dropping the items off I was told this service would be less than 10 for both items ... but when collecting I was told the charge would now be 20 - double what I was quoted !!! I asked why I wasn'tcontacted be told of the price increase as I wouldn't of had the items cleaned there for that cost - the staffapologise but the 20 charge still applied - I paid the money & said how unhappy I was. When inspectingthe items whilst walking to my car I noticed they were very badly ironed, I returned to the Washtub & showed them the badly ironed items only to be told it was the material of the dresses ( cotton ) !! this is clearly not the case.I have paid 20 for items which I now have to take home iron again myself - I can most definitely say I will NOT be using the Washtub again for any service !!!
