Proper gym . All that you would need . Never crazy busy. Beats pure gym by miles!
A proper hard working gym. If you're looking to build muscle and make serious improvements to strength and performance, then this is the gym to attend. A good range in the weight of dumbbells and barbells and the large squat racks and smith machine ensure there are great facilities to get lifting and build some muscle. The great thing about local gyms is the ability to make the place your own. The people are welcoming and will offer advice and chat if you ask for it. If this gym were to achieve higher ratings, it would need to improve the quality of its equipment, which in truth is dated. However, the upstairs has been completely refurbished and is excellent for combat classes. I hope the refurbishment will continue to the ground floor main gym area. Regardless, a great gym and, at times, unbeatable workout atmosphere.
Good local gym with swimming pool
I have found them to be very helpful. The atmosphere is easy going - spacious gym. Changing rooms could be better but other than that - so far I have no complaints.
Poor experience, badly run gym with inadequate facilities and equipment, staff and owner rude and unhelpful, highly not recommended.
