Requested price match for a sling per the promise on their website. They were polite and responded quickly but would not match the price - disappointing given the policy published on the website.

very good customer service! Bought an uppababy vista 2015 last October, however notice carrycot cover was missing in the pack in Feb. They just order one for me from uppababy and sent to me for free. very satisfied. Thanks
