never met such a rude man in all my life, had my car a week with no contact, never responded to any of my voicemails and when I finally got a response I had a snotty text, he couldn't get to the route problem so I have taken it back to my original garage that unfortunately isn't local so a complete waste of my time! avoid avoid avoid!!!
Fixed my car within 3 hours after trust ford had over a week to sort and they still didn't fix the issue. Harris on ford were very good and had my car running again.

Had an ignition problem with my MK3 Mondeo and was recommended to take it to Harris On Ford by Ford themselves.I gave them a call and i was squeezed in at short notice.When i arrived there were a lot of people there dropping off their cars so it was a bit hectic, but within a few hours i was given a call telling me what needed doing and a cost for parts and approx labour and i went ahead with the work.When i arrived later in the day to collect the atmosphere was friendly and there was even a bit of banter between us, and the old parts were shown to me and i was given the new keys.Extremely happy with the work that was done and will be using Harris On Ford again for both mine, and my wife's car in the future.
