I booked a bike fit through the website (a real simple process). The fit was really comprehensive, using some clever technology but also Jons vast knowledge and experience. I was suffering with knee pain during longer rides, the difference the fit has had is dramatic. The whole thing (about 2 1/2 hours) was actually really interesting and enjoyable. All the people I met working there were really helpful and friendly and they make really great coffee. Definitely worth a visit.

Really nice shop, excellent coffee and friendly staff! Had to pop in after a large chain (who I will not name) didn't attach my handlebars properly. The lady behind the counter was really friendly and knowledgeable! Also she helped me sort out the bike even though she had no obligation to do so! Will gladly give them any an all further business!
I bought my new Felt road bike from Jim. Very pleased with it. Bike to Work scheme also an option here. Coffee shop at the back of the bike shop which sells great coffee and cakes.
