I've had my second lava shell back massage this morning, I am a convert! I have never been so relaxed. The effects lasted much longer than a massage without the shell and the heat from the first one lasted through to school pick up on a very cold day! My lava shell massages were done by Hannah. I have previously had massages with Lauren and Jodie and would highly recommend all of them.
